Dr.Kominski was closely involved to develop a new concept and designed a new and interesting concept; a site to make a 'pre selection' of candidates with the preferred personal abilities. To make this selection of interesting candidates, an informative site was developed with two professional online assessments. These online assessments are provided by PiCcompany, a market leader for online assessments.Based on the outcome of this assessment Randstad can make a selection in candidates and present their clients with the best candidate.

The fundraising, social-media platform GetItDone.org has been released in beta. This platform enables small-scale development projects to collect money directly from donors via Hyves and Facebook without overhead costs. In the coming months further developments will ensure the emergence of a fully-fledged platform by the beginning of this summer.
